Web Assignment 4

1. Alfred Stieglitz was an american photographer who also happened to promote art as well, and he helped make photography a notable art form.In the earlier 20th century, he ran a few New York art galleries. He believed photography could only be recognized as art, if it was exhibited next to art, sculptures and paintings.

2. 
The reason this pictures is my favorite is because it captures the dark and dreary side of busy,city life. Black and white pictures leave a lot to the imagination and allows your mind to almost complete the picture itself.

3. Stieglitz began seeing Georgia O' Keefe, and she was a painter during the same time period, and when he was first shown her paintings, he immediately began showing them during his exhibits.
